  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 7-10 business days to produce before shipping.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days (domestic), 10-20 business days (international).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (domestic), varies for international order.


International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.​

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once shipped, the company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • If a package is lost, customers should contact the carrier or the business for assistance.

RETURN, REFUND, & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

  • ​We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Custom-made products, including personalized items (e.g., items with custom designs or text), are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in production

  • Before submitting your return request, please provide us with a clear picture and a video of the product you'd like to return.

  • Custom or personalized items (those with custom designs or text).

 

How to Return an Item:

  • Contact Us: Please email us at jubicoarts@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the reason for return

  • Approval: Our team will review your request and send you instructions for the return process

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are available only for defective or incorrect items. If the item is returned for any other reason, we will provide store credit or an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:
